Would you like to customize your check card? For a small fee you can, with "My Card Creation", new from Citizens Bank & Trust Company! It allows you to upload a favorite picture of your kids, grandkids, pets, etc. It is your choice... Just log on to Internet Banking & select "My Card Creation” You will be the talk of the town with your personalized check card from Citizens Bank & Trust Company! You may also choose from our CB&T gallery of photos, including school mascots, bank logos, etc… The “new” customized check card will only cost $10.00 per card! You must order the cards through Internet Banking for security purposes. Once you log on to Internet Banking you will notice a new tab called “My Card Creation”. After you make this choice you can load your favorite image and customize your card! The screen has specific instructions on the size and type of format you will need to use. The final screen will ask you to verify the picture before it is processed. Upon completion you will need to call bookkeeping at 580-226-4610 or stop by one of our locations listed below to finalize your order. Please be sure and tell us that you have ordered a photo card. Remember, you can only order one photo card per name per week. If you have more than one account please note that you will have to order them separately. Your card will be delivered to you in approximately two weeks. The first time you order a photo card your card number will change. Please be sure to notify or change all re-occurring charges.
