EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION POLICY
Effective 12/30/1999

It is the policy of Citizens Bank & Trust Company of Ardmore Oklahoma to accept employment applications only when positions are available. A job applicant, therefore, is someone who submits a completed Citizens Bank & Trust Company Application for Employment specifying one of our available job titles as the desired position. Further, the job applicant must be qualified for the job in question, and there must be a current opening available in that particular job title.

Applications for employment that are submitted for a specific job opening remain active and eligible for consideration for 45 days.

If an individual is interested in employment with Citizens Bank & Trust Company in a specific position that is not currently available, the individual may complete an interest card to be notified of the next available opening for that position. Interest cards remain active for 6 months and are destroyed at the end of that time period.
